F ast Food is the single, most accused food for becoming fat and obese all over the world. When it comes to Junk Food every single diet explicitly denies it, essentially putting blame for being fat on it. This blog is a place where Fast Food is actually appreciated, and has a big part in daily diet of at least one individual.
Over the course of 2 years of essentially living in McDonalds, KFC and Burger King I was able to lose weight, lose fat and essentially get more healthy habits in the process. How it was possible?
There are only 4 simple rules that one has to follow:
- Count what you eat.
- Walk, run, bike, exercise.. whatever makes you tick.
- Forget short term goals, go for long term only.
- Never give up. Keep on counting.
Sounds simple? Of course not. But it gives results. The best thing in this is that you can eat whatever you like. Fast Food included.
My name is Przemysław Kłys and this is my story (I’ve always wanted to say that!).
